Notice of Public Hearings- Rezones- September 11, 2023

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Land and Water Resources Committee will hold public hearings on 9/11/2023 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:15 AM at the Oconto Town Hall for Michael Bickel, etal, 3590 N. River Rd., Oconto, WI 54153, Agent: Thomas Bickel, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto.  (On-site inspection at 8:00 AM)  N. River Rd. east of 3440 N. River Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 2 at  9:30 AM at the Abrams Town Hall, 5877 Main St., for Marie Piechowski, 1816 Wildwood Dr., Suamico, WI 54137, Agent: Melody Broehm, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 18, T26N, R21E, Town of Little Suamico. (On-site inspection at 8:50 AM) Locust Rd. North of 1547 Locust Rd. 

APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following application no. 2  at the Abrams Town Hall for John & Cassidy Jones, 2442 Valentine Rd., Abrams, WI 54101, to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 6, T26N, R20E, Town of Abrams. (On-site inspection at 9:15 AM) 2442 Valentine Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 10:30 AM at the Morgan Town Hall for Dave Tillmann, 4288 Elm Lawn Rd., Oconto Falls, WI 54154, Agent: Gary Gibson, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 11, T275N, R19E, Town of Morgan.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM) 4216 Elm Lawn Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 11:45 AM at the How Town Hall, 12896 State Hwy 32, for Bret Schaal, 7690 Fifield Rd., Gillett, WI 54124, to rezone from Forest District to Forest District w/ Quarry overlay District.  Location of the property is in Section 21, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill. (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM) 5900 County Rd. R

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following application no. 5  at the How Town Hall for Estate of Donna Druckrey & Druckrey Investments, 2251 Creekview Dr., Abrams, WI 54101, to rezone from Agricultural District & General Commerical District to Rural Residential District, Agricultural District & General Commerical District.  Location of the property is in Section 28, T29N, R17E, Town of How. (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM) 13345 & 13327 Pine Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 1:40 PM at the Mountain Community Center for Deborah & Robert Stone, 13818 Bagley Rapids Rd., Mountain, WI 54149, to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 13, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain. (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM) 13818 Bagley Rapids Rd. 

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezoning’s are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
